60 km Hill training

Giro dei colli euganei, teolo incluso.

This week, so far: Monday 5 km, fast Mart 9 km, really fast, + 45 minutes swimming Merc 25 km hill cycling Today I am tired, and there still is tonight’s running and swimming, and they both are really important.

1 hour, average 27 - 30 km / h CIRCA . Not bad. Really.

- 200 meters warm up
- 1000 mts ( 22 minutes )
- 200 mts
- 1000 mts ( 21 minutes )
- 200 mts
RUN
- 5 sweaty kilometers
I am tired now.
I can’t believe next monday will be the start of my TRIATHLON YEAR NUMBER TWO. C.a.n.t.b.e.l.i.e.v.e.i.t.
Today’s dinner: yogurt + fruit + ice cream. Nom.
